Les trajets entre sites sont du temps de travail

Pour les salariés sans lieu de travail fixe, la Cour de justice a jugé que le trajet du domicile au premier client et du dernier client au domicile constitue du temps de travail. L'arrêt est souvent mal rapporté, car il change le décompte et pas nécessairement la rémunération.
