Yes! Every new account starts on our free plan so you can explore at your own pace. When you're ready, start a 30-day trial of the Standard plan with all features and add-ons included — no credit card required. After the trial you'll return to the free plan and can upgrade whenever you like.

Starter supports up to 20 employees, while Standard offers unlimited employees. You can upgrade at any time as your team grows.

Employees can request to swap a shift with a colleague directly from the schedule. The colleague accepts or declines, then a manager gives final approval. The entire process is tracked and transparent.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Each tenant's data is fully isolated with role-based access controls, and we maintain 99.9% uptime.

Yes! Plannrly is built for multi-location businesses. Each location can have its own departments, roles, and schedules while still being managed from a single dashboard.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

Each month you're charged based on the highest number of active and invited users on your account during that billing period, including the admin. Deactivating a user reduces your count for the next billing period.

Annual billing locks in a discounted per-user rate for a 12-month commitment. You're still billed monthly based on usage, but at the lower annual rate. You can save up to 25% compared to monthly pricing.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as SEPA Direct Debit for European bank accounts. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalties. Annual commitments run for the full 12-month term. In both cases your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
