Questions about pricing
- What do I get during the free trial?
- Everything on the Standard plan, for 30 days, with no card required. That includes time and attendance, multi-site scheduling and every report, so you can plan, run and review a full rota cycle before deciding.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing is charged automatically and nothing is deleted. Choose a plan to carry straight on. If you do nothing, the account stays open and your schedules, timesheets and employee records are kept, but scheduling is restricted until you subscribe - and when you do, everything is where you left it.
- Why is there a minimum monthly amount?
- For a very small team the per-employee total comes to only a few euros, which does not cover the payment processing and support the account generates. The minimum sets a floor, so the smallest teams pay one flat amount. Once your per-employee total rises above the minimum you simply pay the per-employee rate, with nothing added on top.
- How are users counted?
- By the highest number of active employees on the account during the month. Deactivating someone part-way through does not reduce that month, but it does reduce the next one, so seasonal peaks are billed once rather than carried forward.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, in either direction and at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Invoices are issued automatically each month and include the VAT treatment for your country.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, with no notice period and no penalty. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your schedules, timesheets and employee records before you go.
- Are the prices shown with VAT?
- Prices are shown without VAT. The correct rate is added at checkout based on your billing country, and businesses with a valid EU VAT number outside our own country are invoiced under the reverse charge.
